Shared skills · An unfolding future

Growing with care

Our aim is to let team growth follow skill — with time to learn, space to practise and care at every step.

  1. 01

    Share the knowledge

We aim to connect Jaipur craft with the makers in Parhauti through careful guidance in bead selection, beading and finishing.

  2. 02

    Give skill time

Our intention is to make room for practice, feedback and confidence — allowing each maker to develop at a considered pace.

  3. 03

    Grow together

Over time, we hope to welcome more makers responsibly and connect their work with global markets, so they benefit directly from Parhauti’s growth.

This is the future we are working toward, not a claim already fulfilled. Our jewellery is made in Jaipur today; production in Parhauti has not yet begun.

Individual portraits and first-person stories will follow with the makers’ consent.

The teacher

An experienced artisan from Jaipur

Knowledge is shared through practice: selecting beads, controlling tension and refining each finish. The connection between Jaipur and Parhauti begins with this exchange of skill.

Connection · Collaboration

Be part of the journey.

Whether you are a customer drawn to the story or a potential partner with a shared vision, we welcome conversations about thoughtful skill-sharing, responsible team growth and connecting the makers with global opportunities.
